Data Center Technicians

AWS outsourced its Data Center Technicians for levels I and II to other providers, and we have been granted several positions to cover their needs across Europe.

Call Center setup

We have been able to design, setup, and start a call center operation for one of our clients. They needed support in English, Spanish, French, German, and Italian, and we have been able to complete the deadlines with optimal results, lowering their budget projections up to 27%.

Helpdesk Departments

We found a niche in the helpdesk and hardware sectors across different companies. Our clients had ticketing systems that were not suitable for their real needs, avoidable delays due to a lack of tracking tools, and poor onboarding in terms of hardware and equipment that made new joiners spend more time than necessary during their first weeks at the job.

We have been able to provide our clients with better engineers and technicians for their IT needs due to having our outsourcing department populated by engineers and IT specialists who know the business and the client´s needs from a technical point of view.
